When we told the film crew that to follow us on a “Morta extraction” expedition, we had to leave the workshop at 6.30 a.m., they didn’t protest and were there on time.
This resulted in magnificent images of the marshes at dawn and your favourite cutlers looking for the material essential to the making of Morta knives.
The journalists also accompanied us to the workshop to follow a few knife-making stages.
