The documentary dealt with career changes. The first “big” documentary in which I participated. I say “I” because I was the only person in the workshop at the time.
So the film crew accompanied me into the marshes, where my friend Michel Crusson (guide in Brière) awaited me for a particularly difficult extraction. There was then a visit to the workshop and finally a visit to Eric Guerin, the chef of “La Mare Aux Oiseaux”.
This documentary is rather unusual because it shows more about life after a career change than making knives. The upheaval in one’s private life, the new organization, the stakes… Issues that will speak to many undoubtedly.😉
